fantastic stay!
friendly staff great variety
The staff was friendly and kind! the breakfast was delicious, with a really great variety of food options. i found the shower to be great and there was fresh linen and comfortable beds. I really appreciated it.
the rooms are small. night clubs are next door and out front of the hotel, something i found not ideal for noise at night.

broken treadmill missing air conditioning
the gym they advertised was a joke. it was far away and had no air conditioning (outside was 38 degrees!). the treadmill was clearly broken so i was stuck sweating with nothing to do.

the reception staff welcomed me, especially josh, WHO helped me a lot. the pool had cool water with a rooftop VIEW! the bed was sensational, soft and inviting after WALKING.

The staff displayed kindness. They showed care . I found the breakfast tasty. It included fresh fruit of much variety. The hotel location proves central. This detail made exploring convenient. i found the rooms clean. The beds offered comfort. I felt pleased with the spa. It provided relaxation after sightseeing. The lobby air had a nice scent. anna was very kind. Each staff member seemed wonderful. I noted the great location. It allowed easy access to many spots. The staff helped. hotel facilities were first class. The staff were magnificent. Nothing was like trouble. Sophia, Luna, and Brian shone as friendly faces.
Sound proofing was poor. Outside noise disturbed quiet rest. This impacted the experience slightly.
